Acting on behalf of the Joint Administrators we were instructed to value the tangible assets held by the company.  The football related property assets comprised the purpose built long leasehold sports and concert venue with an all seater capacity of 28,723, and the 39 acre leasehold training ground including various grass and 3G pitches as well as a gym.  Assets also comprised a freehold 4.4 acre parcel of land suitable for residential development (subject to planning), and two extensive commercial freehold ground rent investments located in Birmingham.
