• A significant proportion of the assets were subject to outstanding finance.
• Assimilate information from a significant number of individual finance agreements and assess the equity position or otherwise in order to gauge suitability for loan security.

Resolution

• Undertook detailed site surveys to correlate identification of assets both physically and as recorded by finance companies.
