Working with our specialist Retail teams in Belfast and London , advising the Administrators on the property portfolio including negotiating with landlords and disposing of fully fitted leasehold interests. |
Instructed by the Administrators, we provided valuation and disposal advice in respect of assets held by the two companies, comprising the chain of 81 mexican restaurants, and a chain of 11 well known gastro pubs in London. We have successfully transacted a number of fully fitted leasehold units through the lockdown period at significant lease premiums. |
