• We are appointed as Project Managers during the pre-planning stages for one of the most significant developments in Southampton. 
• The project comprises the demolition of existing Toys R Us retail unit (c41,000m²) and the building and redevelopment of the site for a mixed use development consisting of a 13,000m² office block, 450+ new homes situated in a number of tall buildings, 30+ retail spaces and 1.8ha of public realm. 
• Key challenges included obtaining consent for tall buildings contained within a sensitive view area; integration into the wider Station Quarter regeneration being carried out by Southampton City Council as well as the creation of a maritime public pedestrian route leading from the station to the quay side.
