Supporting transactions

Our clients come first. So we often support transactional teams from early in the process, even though our instruction is further down the timeline.

Early advice

We add more value by advising from the earliest stage, costing, undertaking feasibility and options appraisals, programming, advising on technical aspects of development and lease agreements.

Our retained clients are always provided with very early cost projections to assist the business case prior to bidding. Working with London office agency, we secured a £4.6M landlord contribution for our client Fotografiska.

Large and complex projects

We are a team of specialist Project Managers, Development Managers and Quantity Surveyors dealing with the delivery of large and complex projects.

Our remit covers projects across all procurement methodologies from inception to completion and handover.  We specialise in complex projects with multiple stakeholders and multiple deliverables across a diverse range of sectors. 

Building client confidence and maintaining relationships

A significant proportion of the instructions we receive are repeat business from our existing clients.  We work hard to fully understand, meet and exceed our clients expectation. This has allowed us to develop strong relationships with our clients, which in turn allows them the confidence to award us with further instructions and recommendations to their partners and other potential clients.

National coverage

The major projects team have international experience and a national remit. The team are currently working on or have completed projects in Birmingham, Glasgow, Plymouth, Southampton, Surrey, Tunbridge Wells, Heathrow, Cannock, Lancaster, Republic of Ireland, Reading, Northampton, Thurrock, the New Forest and the home counties.
 
Working out of London, Northampton and Bristol, the team are involved in a diverse range of projects across most sectors, including: commercial, residential, logistics, retail, public sector, education, research & development, technology, leisure, the arts, culture and hospitality.
