We were appointed as project managers during the pre-contract stages for one of the most significant developments in Manchester City Centre. The project comprised the demolition of existing building and redevelopment of the site for a new 35 storey residential building (use Class C3) comprising 327 apartments, with associated residents' services, facilities and communal spaces including servicing, highways, public realm and associated works. Key challenges included an adjacent railway line,  Deansgate Locks bars/restuarants, close proximity to a major road junction and restricted site access.
