• We are providing development management, project management and Employer's Agent services in connection with London Borough of Wandsworth's replacement homes programme. 
• The programme comprises four individual sites within existing estates and the provision of 150+ predominantly affordable homes. 
• Whilst comparatively small developments they are technically complex involving, comprehensive site logistics, neighbourly matters, land appropriation, extensive resident consultation. 
• One site in particular required extensive negotiation with Network Rail given the proximity to railway embankment. 
• Our role included the procurement of all consultant teams and contractors and ultimately the administration of the building contracts.
