Adam Varley joined LSH as a graduate 11 years ago and will head up the company’s office agency team across Yorkshire, which includes another agent in Leeds and two in Sheffield.

Promotion

Matthew Scrimshaw, head of LSH’s Yorkshire and Northeast region, said the promotion was recognition of Adam’s contribution to Lambert Smith Hampton’s success in the region.

He said: “Adam is a well-liked and respected colleague who has built an excellent reputation in the sector and this promotion is recognition of his continued hard work for Lambert Smith Hampton during what has undoubtedly been a very challenging period in office agency.

Upturn in the market

“However, we are currently seeing a strong upturn in the market and have built a strong team across the region which I am confident, under Adam’s leadership, will be able to exploit the increasing opportunities.”

A competitive team

Adam added: “I am optimistic about the future at Lambert Smith Hampton and feel that we have an agency team that is incredibly competitive in the region. We are now seeing some very positive signs in the office market and we have a great deal to look forward to heading into 2015.”

The other members of the agency team are surveyor Georgia Pirbhai in Leeds and associate director Tom Shelton and surveyor Tom Burlaga who work across office, retail and industrial from LSH’s Sheffield office.
