Ewen’s appointment is part of a targeted investment by LSH in Scotland that also saw the arrival of Andrew Sheills as a Capital Markets Director in Edinburgh late last year. Their combined experience and knowledge of the market will help drive forward a growth plan for LSH in the country.

Ewen joins from F G Burnett, and has over 16 years of investment experience working with clients such as Credit Suisse, Aberdeen Asset Management, CBRE Global Investors and Hermes. He has worked on a number of major deals recently, including the sale of 151/155 St Vincent Street, Glasgow on behalf of Hermes to Aberdeen Asset Management for over £20m, and the purchase of the Wellgate Centre, Dundee for Invista.
