Head of Funding and Development
Nick Mullins will join LSH’s Manchester office later in the year after spending more than 15 years at CBRE in the city and in London.
Nick has been appointed as Head of Funding and Development at the national commercial property consultancy and will help drive forward the strategic development of the LSH Manchester office.
Consultancy service expansion
His role will include bringing opportunities for new business and enhancing its consultancy service offer. He will work across the professional and consultancy teams.
Nick has advised on and delivered successful schemes across public and private sectors, identifying development and funding opportunities for a range of clients including Stockport MBC and Muse Developments in relation to the redevelopment of Stockport Exchange.
Private Rented Sector
He is also a specialist in the burgeoning Private Rented Sector (PRS) and has developed excellent relationships with universities across the region having implemented a number of estates and residential strategies.
New opportunities
