Organised by the property industry’s leading trade publication Estates Gazette, which monitors transactions throughout the UK, the competition recognises LSH's success in striking the most deals over a 12-month period.

The figures are based on full transaction volumes across various property types -  office, industrial, retail, leisure and investment, with LSH scooping the overall title.

LSH was ranked first for eight consecutive years up to 2015 and has regained the lead position this year which, says Lee Mogridge Head of LSH Wales, is testament to the hard work and commitment of its 24 staff in Wales.
