Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has closed a deal on behalf of its client Microchip Touch Limited to take-up 12,050 sq ft of office space at Fusion One Solent Business Park in Fareham. LSH is also procuring and project managing Microchip's office fit-out with completion set for end of July.
 
Microchip is a leading provider of micro-controller and analog semi-conductors spanning the automotive, wireless, computing and connectivity sectors. The company has agreed a 11 year lease at £18.75 per sq ft with the landlord, Threadneedle’s UK Property Authorised Investment Fund, and has made provision to complete its office fit-out over an extended period of time in lieu of the current Covid-19 restrictions.
