We have agreed a new ten year lease to national automotive supplier Alliance Automotive, on behalf of H B Raylor & Company Ltd. 

The 8,600 sq ft industrial unit, known as Unit 6, at Raylor Business Centre on James Street in York, becomes the group’s latest acquisition to its two-hundred strong nationwide property portfolio. 

The Raylor Business Centre includes over more than one-hundred office and industrial units, spanning over an eight acre site located within walking distance of York city centre with direct access to local transport links. 

Scott Morrison, Director at Lambert Smith Hampton, commented: 

“The letting of this unit demonstrates the strong pent up demand in York for well specified industrial trade counter space. We had strong interest in the property from day one and we are delighted to secure such an established occupier to the Raylor Business Centre and keeping the clients vacancy void to a minimum.”
