Two New Lettings at Glasgow Business Park, Springhill Parkway, Reinforcing the Demand For Out Of Town Offices in Glasgow.

We are pleased to announce that Glasgow Business Park is now fully let with two new tenants to the park.

Glasgow City Council have taken the 1^st floor at Pavilion 4, Glasgow Business Park where they will occupy 5,636 sq ft on a new 10 year lease.

The 1^st floor at Pavilion 2 has been let to GCU (UK) Ltd who will occupy 2,442 sq ft on a 4 year lease.

Nuveen Real Estate are delighted to welcome these new tenants to Glasgow Business Park. They are currently looking at improving the ESG Credentials for the park by putting in EV Car Charing Points for the use of its tenants.
