We have been instructed by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire to seek a buyer for a former police station located on West Parade in the city centre. 

Situated just 200m from the city high street, the purpose built police station was active until 2019 and is now available for sale with significant redevelopment potential including residential, student, retirement, education and commercial uses.
