Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed a new director in its Manchester Rating team. Dave Comer joins from RVW Chartered Surveyors, having previously held senior positions at Knight Frank and Altus Group.

With experience of both occupier and landlord clients, Dave will support LSH’s major retail, office and industrial clients across the North West and provide expert advice on minimising rates liabilities and challenging rating assessments.
