We have recruited a new associate director to support our growing pipeline of public sector valuation instructions across the capital. Ben Davies, an RICS Registered Valuer, joins the Public Sector Valuation (PSV) team within our Planning, Regeneration + Infrastructure (PR+I) division.

Ben joins us from the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) where he spent nearly four years advising on public sector valuations and capital taxation. He will now be focussed on helping support many London Boroughs in achieving their development and regeneration objectives.
