Yorkshire-based company, Springfield Training have signed up for a long-term lease of 10,000 sq ft at Business Hub, Howley Park in Morley. The new facility will be used to facilitate the company’s growth plans and offer more education options for young people across the region.

The property has recently been comprehensively refurbished to a high standard achieving an EPC A rating with air source heat pump heating and cooling, modern suspended ceilings and LED lighting throughout.
