Leading commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have acquired 15,500 sq ft at Building 1, Concorde Park in Maidenhead on behalf of long-standing Maidenhead occupier, Seiko UK Limited.
Following on from an extensive search of the local area conducted by LSH, Seiko UK Limited have signed a new 10-year lease on a total of 15,500 sq ft across a single floor, and in doing so reaffirmed their 35-year commitment to the town of Maidenhead. Following a subdued 2023, the deal to bring Seiko to Concorde Park represents the largest letting in Maidenhead so far this year.
Concorde Park has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and offers tenants the ultimate flexibility in terms of floorplates and boasts excellent amenities. Jennifer Lamb, Associate Director in LSH’s South-East Office Advisory team commented;
“We were pleased to work with our retained clients Seiko to conduct an M4 search for new premises and ultimately acquire the first floor of Building 1 Concorde Park, Maidenhead”.
“Seiko’s continuing commitment to the town highlights Maidenhead’s attraction to many large corporates; with its diverse labour pool and excellent transport infrastructure, making it a prime South East destination to do business”.
Hollis Hockley acted on behalf of the landlord at Concorde Park, Skelton Developments.
