Our London Office Advisory team have advised The London Borough of Camden on the letting of 51,158 sq ft at Camden Town Hall, WC1 to Il Bottaccio Group for the creation of an event and co-working space in the heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter.

The European hospitality group has taken the space on a new 30-year lease at an annual rent of £3.5 million. Its plans include the creation of a state-of-the-art events venue, alongside contemporary co-working spaces that blend social and business amenities tailored to the dynamic and creative Knowledge Quarter community.

Camden Town Hall is a 75,000 sq ft Grade II listed building with a striking neo-classical façade, occupying an island site opposite St Pancras station. Originally constructed in 1937, it has been home to Camden Council since 1965 and recently reopened following a major refurbishment programme.
