Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is pleased to announce another successful letting at One The Square, Bristol, this time to Hayes Parsons.  Bristol’s largest independent insurance broker has taken part of the first floor office and has committed to a 10-year lease, with a 5-year break clause, at a competitive rent of £32.50 per sq ft.

Hayes Parsons becomes the latest addition to a diverse and thriving tenant mix within the building and James Woollam, Managing Director, comments,

The landlord, Canal & River Trust, has made substantial investments in the refurbishment of One The Square, including upgrades to common areas that have proven highly attractive to both existing and prospective tenants. Notable improvements include a revamped entrance and reception area, which now boast a prominent and welcoming design. Additionally, the introduction of new bike and shower provisions aligns with the expectations of modern occupiers, enhancing the overall tenant experience.

The individual office suites on the first floor have undergone a comprehensive upgrade to offer contemporary, open-plan layouts, contributing to an overall Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of B.
