In response to a growing pipeline of consultancy instructions, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has welcomed a new associate director to its urban design and masterplanning team. Architect and urban designer Natalia Kowalska has joined LSH’s Planning, Regeneration + Infrastructure (PR+I) multi-disciplinary consultancy team and will play a key role advising our public and private sector clients on existing and new urban design mandates.

Natalia brings 15 years’ experience working on urban and architectural projects across the UK, the Netherlands and Poland, leading complex projects at multiple scales. Her expertise includes the design of new communities, urban regeneration and town centre frameworks, site promotions, and design codes.

LSH’s urban design and masterplanning team is currently advising on a range of projects including the preparation of design codes at Graven Hill in Bicester, masterplan appraisals on behalf of Homes England in Liverpool, and outline planning applications for Walsall Council.
