Lambert Smith Hampton advised and managed refurbishment of the building, including demolition of the existing single storey space and construction of new two-storey offices, loading docks and a manufacturing facility within the warehouse as a means to attracting a top-tier tenant.
The result was a multi-million pound refurbishment with Saint-Gobain Group secured as a tenant on a 25 year lease.
