We were successful in agreeing the funding of a speculative industrial/logistics development on the South Coast between Bericote Properties and Blackrock.

The new development is located on the established Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate, Southampton and consists of three self contained detached units amounting to 150,000 sq ft. 

The deal between Bericote Properties and Blackrock was agreed post Brexit in an uncertain market yet we were able to provide comprehensive occupational and investment market knowledge to qualify the risk and ensure the development will be delivered in a region where there remains a shortage of supply. 

This is the first speculative development to take place on the South Coast for approximately 10 years and is due for practical completion in Q4 2017.
