LSH was appointed to market and invite expressions of interest from experienced media industry operators and occupiers to help build London’s largest film studio and media complex in Dagenham. This ambitious, state of the art new studio will cover 264,000 sq ft and includes space for workshops, warehouses, 12 sound stages, post-production facilities, and large screen auditoriums.

Acting as technical and commercial advisors, we continue to see mass global interest resulting in multiple, competitive, high quality offers demonstrating a significant shift in London’s creative focus from west to east. The development will bring hundreds of new jobs to the area, from carpenters to camera crew bringing big Hollywood blockbusters to Barking and Dagenham.
