We were appointed by Nationwide in respect of their new Belfast City Centre branch.

At the initial application stage we secured a reduction of 13%.

The estimated total saving during the course of the valuation list is in excess of £140,000.

We are now progressing to the second appeal stage in an attempt to secure a further reduction.
