Lettings completed include;
The Range (55,000 sq ft)
Brandmax (21,000 sq ft)
Sports Direct (4,500 sq ft)
Tim Hortons Drive Thru (3,100 sq ft).
This has resulted in a substantial uplift in footfall of nearly 50% in the centre which has in turn helped to drive positive sales growth.
