The clients challenge

• We were instructed by a public sector client to provide strategic property advice regarding the disposal of a former police station of approximately 18,000 sq ft set on a self-contained site of approx. 0.7 acres in a prime location on the outskirts of Belfast city centre.  This strategic advice led to us being instructed to formally market the site for sale.

The LSH solution

• We implemented a detailed marketing strategy in order to maximise exposure in the market and in turn maximise net sale proceeds on behalf of the client.

Results achieved

• Following an intense marketing campaign, coupled with a high level of interest and competitive bidding from property developers, we successfully completed a sale in excess of £1m.
