Challenge:

• The Grade II listed Edwardian Baroque former shipping warehouse was under-used and overlooked. LSH were appointed to re-configure and refurbish the property.

Services:

• Feasibility structures, design, specification, contractor procurement and co-ordination of specialists, including project management and contract administration services and principal design services. 

Results:

• The iconic listed building is now restored with its original features exposed, a brand-new modern circulation core and contemporary services, it is now a viable commercial office space and has attracted many tenants from the creative sectors, helped by the addition of the rooftop garden, available to let to other organisations.
