Scheme included the delivery of circa 175 homes as part of a retirement village for people of 55+. The development includes private for sale, affordable and intermediate tenures and is one of 12 included in the estate regeneration programme, which will see around 3,000 homes delivered in the borough over the next 12 to 15 years.
