Immediately following the acquisition of the site from Hampshire Police, the old APW manufacturing facility was demolished and the new scheme, which will have a value of approximately £20 million, will be ready for completion by September 2017.

Accommodation will consist of three units of 20,000, 45,000 and 84,000 sq ft - all detached with self-contained secure yards, catering for the increasing demand of occupiers on the South Coast. 

Jerry Vigus, director for Lambert Smith Hampton's South Coast team, explains: "This exciting development, which has easy access to the motorway, will cater for the demand of both local and national occupiers and is much-needed for our supply-starved region. As a result, we are already in detailed discussions with a number of occupiers."
