Jonathan Sykes is to join as Director and Head of the Transactional team in Newcastle while David Morris has been appointed to head LSH’s growing regional Building Consultancy team.

Mark Dodds joins as a Senior Consultant to Planning, Development and Regeneration, with the team further strengthened by the appointments of Insiyah Khushnood as Associate Director and Laura Dixon as Senior Planner.

Jonathan Sykes has 30 years’ experience in development consultancy and agency, working on high profile development and regeneration schemes in the North East and nationally.  Prior to launching his own property consultancy six years ago, he was Regional Director of Jones Lang LaSalle with responsibility for managing the Newcastle office.

David Morris has worked in the construction industry as a Chartered Building Surveyor for 26 years, most recently running his own consultancy Tims Morris.   He has worked for CSH Property Consultants, EC Harris and Povall Flood Wilson

Insi Khushnood has more than 12 years of global experience in delivering large scale retail and regeneration projects, including five years with IKEA Properties as Real Estate Project Manager, where she delivered a pipeline of new stores across the UK.

Laura Dixon who completes the quintet of senior hires is a Chartered Town Planner with seven years’ experience working on planning projects including the delivery of new housing projects, heritage and conservation, minerals, and education. She previously spent four years with George F White, Newcastle
