On behalf of Oil Spill Response Limited, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have announced the sale of the 3.19 acre mixed use site.

The self-contained site of approx. 3.19 acres consists of a mixture of office, industrial and warehouse space totalling 83,073 sq ft GIA.

Located on Lower William Street it is strategically located off Millbank Street in the Northam area of Southampton, situated 1.5 miles away from Western Docks and Southampton Container Port. The facility also has direct access to the River Itchen by way of a fixed jetty with a floating pontoon.
