Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH) South Coast Industrial & Logistics agency team have completed another pre-let, this time to Custom Interconnect Ltd at Kier Property and Test Valley Borough Council’s joint scheme Blueprint, located in Andover. In addition to the Custom Interconnect Ltd pre-let, JLL have completed a pre-let on the same site to Amasys.

Totalling 61,545 sq ft, the Custom Interconnect Ltd letting is 33,965 sq ft while the Amasys unit is 27,580 sq ft. The letting will see Custom Interconnect Ltd, a long-established electronics manufacturing services company, move in to an additional facility in order to meet their increased service demands while Amasys, an IT solutions-based company move in to a larger space having previously been housed in Hayes.

Blueprint Andover is a strategically located new brownfield development which offers tenants quick and easy access to major transport links to the West Country, the South and London via the A303 and A34 interchange.
