Acting on behalf of a private landlord client, we have completed a 4,665 sq ft letting to Nexus Bioquest at 10 Portis Fields, Portishead, Bristol. The life sciences operator has taken a 10-year lease at £15.50 per sq ft.

Nexus Bioquest, a preclinical contract research organisation specialising in immunology will use the space as a mix of office and bespoke lab space. A deal was done to secure a new lease on the ground and first floor of the building, while simultaneously surrendering an existing lease of the ground floor suite.
