Our office agency team has secured a tenant on behalf of Showland Investments at Eastgate Office Centre.

The space is now occupied by ALS Recruiting Ltd, a freights and logistics recruitment agency who have taken 1,580 sq ft on a 5-year lease on the second-floor office suite of 6&7, with a 3-year break option on a rising rent to £21.50 psf.

Eastgate Office Centre is a purpose-built business park set in a landscaped environment, in an established commercial area close to Eastgate Retail Park, located half a mile from the M32 motorway and approximately 3 miles north of Bristol City Centre.

Following the deal, the estate is now at full occupancy with a mix of tenants which include Sirona Health, Vehicle Certification Agency, and Quality & Compassionate Care Ltd.
