We have recently appointed a new director to our valuations team. Ben Gilligan will be based at the LSH London office and will work across some of our national valuation mandates.

He joins from Carter Jonas, where he was an associate partner, prior to which he held positions at Curtis Bank and CBRE.

His experience includes advising financial institutions such as Handelsbanken, Lloyds, HSBC, Barclays and Santander and he has worked on assets/portfolios including large local authorities and government agencies.

At LSH, he will be responsible for valuations across all major commercial asset classes, investment and development as well as strategic land.
