LSH’s National ESG & Sustainability team welcomes Adam White as an Associate Director, to be based out of their London and Bristol offices.

Adam joins LSH following an interim role at LSL Property Services acting as their Head of ESG, and prior to that as an Associate Director at sustainability consultancy EVORA Global. His experience over 15 years includes leading on ESG strategy and sustainability reporting for real estate asset managers such as Schroders Capital, The Crown Estate and I-RES. He is a Chartered Environmentalist, with expertise in benchmarking, including GRESB, and net zero carbon target setting and action planning. Prior to moving into real estate, Adam worked on a number of major infrastructure projects such as HS2 and the Thameslink Programme, providing advice on environmental management and planning, resource efficiency and whole life carbon. 
 
Adam will be responsible for providing ESG and sustainability services to their clients, predominantly in property management, but will be looking to grow the range and breadth of ESG services to the wider business. He will also support LSH's corporate sustainability strategy and disclosures along with the wider ESG & Sustainability team.
