Built in 1913, the church is of brick construction beneath a pitched slate roof. It has arched windows with decorative sandstone detail. The main entrance is ramp-accessible, leading to a small porch with glass doors opening into the Church Hall. A kitchen and WCs flank the altar, with steps from the kitchen to the rear and side passage for basement access. Outside, there's a small service yard on the west side for refuse management.
